Jokes, blokes and an increasing waistline...

As the day ends, I can't recall anything else besides the sound of laughter among me and my friends. Today was all about that. We shared jokes countlessly as if it was the last day of...ermm...happiness allowed in the country? *cricket sound* "..and it's a wicket!!"....(Not THAT cricket!) *creek creek* (Yeah better).

Note:
Please refrain from assuming that our lives are THAT dull that I'd have to write about moments of laughter as if they don't happen often...okay maybe MY life is dull...anyway, screw it.

I was left alone at home during lunch as mum had a ladies day out and the brother was out with the missus. I initially thought of staying in but was too bored and hungry so off I went to the second home, The Curve, Damansara. Infact, I happen to have a lot of homes in Damansara if you know what I mean. FYI, I usually DO limit my outings to the Damansara area as its already convenient enough for me. Everything's here!!! (Echoes of Zeek's constant invitation to chill at Bangsar not being entertained).

The earlier ones who arrived for lunch were myself, Aimran and Fiza. We went for sushi at the most affordable sushi place in the area, Sushi King. No one had an idea of what to eat so I immediately suggested a place on behalf of Mr. Cravings. Somehow, I only get constant cravings for sushi and nothing else. Cravings for other F&B's are usually minor *japanese soundtrack* (scene cuts to an overweight Fariq in a Kimono devouring his sushi feast).

After the delicious rawness (Mind on the topic of sushi please), we headed to Starbucks and sat outside...not as in cross-legged on the floor without purchasing their beverage...but at the cafe's stools and tables for customers. However, it started to rain heavily after a short while so we moved to the next best place, Marche'.

From left: Zamill, Haniff, Haniff's GF who's hiding behind him, Bayie, Boy, Fiza and Aimran

This was where the sheer laughter and countless exhange of jokes began (mostly against Fiza). Aimran, particularly, could back me up on this. There was this hilarious incident which is one of those 'where you had to be there kind of thing' (yes I know it's boring telling it like that but tough! You just had to be there!). There were also some other hilarous incidents (against Fiza again of course), but I won't share those with you in detail. Perhaps when I know you a little better *straight face*.

The day ended up with me having dinner with mum, the brother, his girlfriend and her sister. It was a quick and fairly quiet dine at Homst restaurant in TTDI. I never get tired of the food there. The lemon chicken and buttered prawns are to die for...and I mean like the 'Final Destination' gruesome kind of death you know. It's THAT good.

Well it's 11pm and I'm off for a late workout session followed by a long visit to Slumberland. Until the next rambling, goodnight and sweet dreams.
