Its so amazing when you reminisce and look back at your childhood. The things you did, experienced and your funny little quirks as a little kid or even a teenager. I, for one, was fortunate enough to be brought up without any hardships. I mean there were, of course, usual challenges of growing up like the first day of school, making new friends or getting teased about the girl you have a crush on (yes it happened). Nevertheless, all were happy memories as you tend to look back and laugh about these things.
Having said that, I have no recollection whatsoever of my first day at school. I attended this kindergarten just about 2 mins away from home and seriously, I can't remember a single thing about it! Did I even go there? Maybe I hated it so much that my parents just gave up but convinced me and everyone else that I was a student there...*straight face*
My time in primary school shot by like a bullet train ("My time"??..sounds like prison...well maybe for some). I only remembered certain parts of it. One "fond" memory I had was getting scolded by one of the principals for running around the 'tapak perhimpunan' when other students were already queuing up for 'Negaraku'. Yup, I was a bad boy. Funnily enough, it didn't get me girls *Grumbles and throws away 'How to be a bad boy tutorial for dummies'*
I loved high school because I was a late bloomer and it was only then that I got myself involved in sports activities. I was schooling in UK during that time as my dad was transferred there and what an experience it was! I loved every bit of it. Experiencing high school over there made me the sports enthusiast I am today *stands up proudly with chest up high* Ok fine, more so then than now but still! Anyway, I guess they really emphasize on their extra curricular activities over there.
Well there you go. Just minor hints of what my schooling experiences were like. I could, of course, elaborate more but my fingers need rest for tonight.......for more blogging of course! What were YOU thinking?! :P Until then, take care people! :D
